Oxi Fresh of NRH is the best company we've dealt with in carpet cleaning since our previous person retired. We have been pleased by their contacting us for appts. as well as the tech's who come out to clean the carpet. Very friendly and very professional. They let us know what they are doing before they do it and we would highly recommend them to others.

The Oxi Fresh technician was very thorough and paid particular attention to those areas that showed signs of higher activity/soil. He also made a point of asking if there were any specific areas that we wanted cleaned.

Technician called and arrived early. He came prepared and was a very nice gentleman. We discussed the areas I wanted done and he got straight to work. All the area were very clean and spotless afterwards. After they dried I vacuumed and they look brand new.
